How do i know when my order has shipped?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email directly from us with your tracking details. Be sure to check your SPAM folder as the emails have the tendency to be re-directed there. 

 

When will my order be processed?

Orders placed Monday-Sunday before 3 PM EST will be processed that day, excluding holidays. All orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day. 

 

What material is your jewelry?

Our jewelry is made from gold PVD plating over stainless steel/copper. Our jewelry ranges from 1.5 - 2 microns thick.

 

What does hypoallergenic mean?

Hypoallergenic jewelry means that there is minimal risk of causing an allergic reaction. We cannot guarantee everyone will have the same experience, but we do recommend hypoallergenic jewelry as the best option for those with sensitive skin.

 

How should I care for my jewelry?

- Store your jewelry separately to avoid scratching.

- Use a soft cloth to remove dirt and oil buildup. Dirt and oil buildup can make jewelry appear darker and dingy.

*Avoid all contact with lotions and perfumes as both will contribute to fading the plating a lot faster.
